Full Circle

Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms are the simple ground rules for using Full Circle. By using the app, you agree to them.

What Full Circle is

Full Circle is the one-sentence journal. You type one sentence about your day, and you get one word and one line to carry with you.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Full Circle. Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your words

What you write in Full Circle is yours. We store it so the app can work for you. It is private to your journal, never public, never sold, and never used for advertising. You can export it, or delete your account, at any time.

The words and lines the app makes for you are for your own use. Please check them before you share them, and use Report this line if one is wrong or unkind.

How AI is used

Full Circle uses AI to write your word and line. An AI can get things wrong, so a line is a prompt for reflection, not a fact about you. The Privacy page explains what is shared and with whom.

Not advice

Full Circle is here for reflection and encouragement. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or someone you trust.

Full Circle is not an emergency or crisis service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. In the US you can call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Using the app kindly

Keep it respectful. Please don’t use Full Circle for hate, harassment, or explicit content.

Membership

Every new account starts with a free 14-day Premium trial. Your whole journal is always free, on every plan. Premium adds week, month and year recaps, Ask Full Circle, You, then and now, seven-day circles and building your own constellation, and more. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, that store handles billing, cancelling and refunds. The details are in our Subscription Terms.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time. Go to You, then Account, then Delete my account. The Privacy page explains what happens to your data.

Liability

The app is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for anything arising from the app is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the app does. We will announce material changes inside the app before they take effect.
